Q. How does the main Table of Contents work?

A. Each main line item (that is hotlinked) in the TOC will lead to a Department Index page, which is sorted by date, with the most recent article first. From there you can go to any article in that Department. Also, under each main line item, there will be a sub-item which is a link to the most recent articles.

Q. How do I get Writers and Artists Guidelines?

A. You can read them on-line by clicking here. You can download an ASCII text copy by clicking here. You can also request them from the Editor by clicking here.
